General Public Training – These sessions are open to the general public (GP) – there’s no fancy buzz words here, just good training day in, day out, from the champ. They are boxer-style training sessions (Non-contact) that include, running/bikes, skipping, bag work, abs/core strength, boxing technique and pad work. You will learn to stand correctly, punch properly, use combinations and get a seriously wicked workout.
Advanced Training – We know it, soon after starting boxing training – the addiction forms. It’s a great workout, the adrenaline pumps, your skills improve, co-ordinating punches comes easier and you start to want MORE! Our advanced general public training takes it up a notch, but in a fun and friendly environment. You will learn more advance technique and combinations and have the opportunity to start doing light contact work and sparring (When you feel ready.) and like all our classes – the champ is there – guiding, correcting and cracking the whip.
Fighter Training – If you are serious about learning to box either at a professional or amateur level, then these are the sessions for you. Hard training, proper technique, sparring and fight opportunities. Students of other martial arts disciplines who are looking to develop advanced boxing skills should contact Franklin direct.
Kids – Our teenage students train with the boxers. We believe that young people learn best when surrounded by the knowledge, experience and dedication of others who have been there, done that. They train hard and learn discipline, self-defense, speed, agility and increase their strength and fitness.
